THE AVOVA SECURITY TECHNOLOGY
Our child safety experts have summarized the most important information about our AVOVA child seats for you here:
AVOVA's integrated side impact protection ISIP (Integrated Side Impact Protection)
The side doors of a car do not offer as much protection as the rear or front. That is why we at AVOVA have integrated side impact protection into the side padding of our child seats. This ensures that your child is protected as best as possible in the event of a collision from the side. The deep and soft side bolsters, together with ISIP, ensure that the forces of the impact are absorbed and transferred away from your child to the seat.
The 5-point belt as a safety standard
The more attachment points a belt system has, the better it can distribute and dissipate the energy of an impact. The 5-point belt system is also used in motor racing.
All of our AVOVA baby carriers and car seats for toddlers are equipped with a 5-point harness. You can easily and quickly adjust it to your child's body so that it fits like a glove. It also protects your little one very well from the forces of an impact.
Even in the rare event of a rollover, the 5-point harness system keeps your child safe and secure in the shell and seat.
Child seats with large side bolsters for improved side impact protection
Maximum safety is our top priority at AVOVA! This also applies to child seats for older children. That's why we don't make simple booster seats without back or side padding. The risk of serious injury in accidents and side collisions is far too high for your child. That's why all of our AVOVA child car seats are equipped with large side bolsters.
Ergonomic high-performance headrest
The headrests of our AVOVA child seats are made of a particularly high-performance special foam that is also used in Formula 1. This foam not only provides comfortable padding, but also becomes firmer in the event of an impact. This means it offers much better protection for your child's head and neck.
Headrest with special insert for smaller children
To keep up with your child's growth, we have developed a 2-stage headrest insert for certain seats. This offers optimal protection, especially for the sensitive neck area of small children. You gradually remove the additional shock-absorbing layers of the insert as your child grows.
You can find this, for example, in the AVOVA SPERLING-FIX: As soon as your child turns two, you remove the first part of the insert. The second part can be removed when your child turns four.
